This paper work is essential to your contract and must be completely submitted before or on your start date!

TAX FORMS (you need these to get paid!)
STAFF RELEASE FORM (you need this to be on camp property!)
RECORD CHECKS (you need these to work with kids!)
These are links to complete these forms online, however you can also complete these at your local police station.
These check need only be completed if you will be 16 years of age by Aug 31, 2019.
Volunteers can request a letter from Bayside to verify their service and save some dollars.
SUMMER STAFF SUPPORT PROGRAM (required for paid positions)
This program is required for all paid positions. It is designed to help keep camp affordable while continuing to value the service of our summer staff financially.
This program includes submitting a list of potential donors to camp (minimum 8 names) and completing a presentation to your home church about your upcoming service at Bayside this summer.
