Fall Banquet
We are pleased to announce that on Saturday, October 14th, we will be hosting our annual Fall Banquet! This is one of our largest fundraising events, and all proceeds will directly support the year-round mission of Bayside Camp and Retreat Centre to share the story of God’s love through camp and retreat experiences.
We are so excited to join together and share in the excitement of what God is doing through the ministry of Bayside!
Our reception will begin at 5:30pm, with a delicious 4 course dinner to follow at 6:00pm.
We are hoping to raise $25,000 through sponsored tables and gifts received at the banquet. During the evening, a brief presentation will be made to guests with an invitation to financially support the ministry. As a non-profit organization, Bayside will receipt gifts made by guests.
There are two ways that you can enjoy this evening and help support Bayside:
1. Host a Table. A host commits an initial gift of $500 to sponsor a table. In sponsoring a table, we ask that you invite guests you feel would be interested in supporting the ministry of Bayside during the evening. Your table will seat eight guests including yourself. Please let us know if you are unable to fill a table with guests and we will make our best effort to do so on your behalf.
2. Purchase a Ticket. Simply purchase an individual ticket ($50), and consider contributing to this amazing ministry, with the option of inviting some friends along to do the same!
