We are looking for passionate folks who love Jesus and camp ministry. We are a small team and therefore have a lot of flexibility in how we structure the year round group.
Whether you are looking for a director level role to help shape the overall ministry or simply enjoy serving in the kitchen or fixing broken things, if you have gifting in admin, kitchen, facilities or programming and have the capacity to serve year round either full time or part time we’d love to chat!

Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, spiritually mature, and detail-oriented Office Manager. This isn't just a desk job; you are the "engine room" of the camp. You will oversee the systems that make ministry possible—from camper registrations and financial record-keeping to office management and guest communications.
Associate Director
The Associate Director is a pivotal leadership position designed for a "multitool" leader. Bridging the gap between vision and execution, overseeing the core of our seasonal programming while ensuring our year-round retreat operations run with excellence. This role requires a unique blend of spiritual maturity, operational savvy, and a deep love for the "organized chaos" of camp life.
Food Service Manager
We are looking for a Food Service Manager who is passionate about food, people, and ministry. You aren’t just "making lunch"—you are fueling the mission. You will lead our kitchen operations, ensuring that every guest experiences high-quality, nutritious, and delicious meals served with a spirit of Christ centred hospitality.
