Below you’ll find all the info need to complete your on-boarding process.

This paper work is essential to your contract and must be completely submitted before or on your start date!

Please fill out this form for each supporter on your list.

 

SUMMER STAFF SUPPORT PROGRAM (required for all paid positions)

This program is required for all paid positions. The goal of the Summer Staff Support Program is to raise both financial and spiritual support for you and the staff team as you prepare to serve at Bayside. Staff are asked to join with Bayside to support the ministry by helping to raise support .

Staff will be required to submit a minimum of 10 names with mailing addresses, but are able to give as many names as they wish. A financial bonus of $150 is given to anyone who submits more than 20 names.

Please prayerfully consider members of your family, close friends and individuals from your church who may be interested in supporting you.

Camp will take on the responsibility of writing letters of support to your chosen names, communicating the mission of Bayside to reach children with the story of God’s love for them.

Please submit your list of names by June 8th, to staff@baysidecamp.org

Donors will be receipted for their gifts to the SSSP in January 2026 along with all receipts issued by the camp.


(Optional) Please consider talking to your church about sharing your summer plans! This could be in an email newsletter, video, or church presentation. Let your community know what you’re up to so they can support you!

These are links to complete these forms online, however you can also complete these at your local police station.

CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK

The Criminal Record Check through mybackcheck.com is only available to those 18yrs of age and older.

For organization choose “ Bayside Camp”

CHILD ABUSE REGISTRY CHECK

These check need only be completed if you will be 16 years of age by Aug 31.

Volunteers can request a letter from Bayside to verify their service and save some dollars.

Returning Staff do not need to complete Record checks if done in 2024
