Working at a Christian summer camp is a deeply enriching and rewarding experience. Each day is filled with opportunities to connect with young campers on a spiritual level, fostering an environment of faith, love, and growth. As a staff member, you have the privilege of witnessing the transformative power of God's grace in the lives of campers as they engage in worship, Bible studies, and heartfelt conversations. The sense of community and unity among the staff creates a supportive and uplifting environment, where friendships are forged, and personal faith is strengthened. Working at a Christian summer camp is not just a job; it is an opportunity to make an eternal impact in the lives of young people, and to grow in your own faith as well.

Please take a look these requirements to make sure that your application is completed fully:

• Staff Application (ONLINE HERE)

• References

  • You will need reach out to your references to have them complete the reference form (ONLINE HERE).

  • References must be 20 years or older and known you for at least 2 years.

  • You need on reference from each of the categories below:

    • Christian Leader Reference

    • Employer/Volunteer Reference

    • General Reference

• All certifications that pertain to your position (First Aid, Lifeguarding, Food Safety, etc.). These can be submitted online through our paperwork uploader, emailed, or mailed.
